1. Service Description
PageDrop is a free instant HTML hosting service operated by SoftVoyagers. The service allows users to deploy HTML, Markdown, and PDF content via a REST API and receive a publicly accessible URL. No account registration or API key is required.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using PageDrop's API or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not use PageDrop to host, distribute, or link to content that:
- Phishing & fraud — impersonates another person, brand, or organization to deceive users or collect credentials
- Malware & exploits — contains viruses, trojans, ransomware, cryptominers, browser exploits, or any malicious code
- Harassment & threats — targets individuals with abuse, threats, doxxing, or intimidation
- Copyright infringement — reproduces copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder
- Spam & SEO manipulation — serves doorway pages, link farms, or automated content designed to manipulate search rankings
- Illegal content — violates applicable laws, including but not limited to CSAM, terrorism, drug trafficking, or weapons sales
- Deceptive redirects — redirects users to malicious or unrelated destinations without their knowledge
4. Content Moderation
PageDrop employs automated content scanning to detect prohibited material at the time of upload. Content that is flagged may be blocked from publication or removed without notice.
We also accept manual reports of policy-violating content. Upon receiving a valid report, we will review the content and take appropriate action, which may include removal and blocking of the source.
Our moderation process follows these steps:
- Automated scanning at upload time for known malicious patterns
- Manual review upon receiving abuse reports
- Content removal within 24 hours of a confirmed violation
- Notification to the reporter (when contact information is provided)
5. User Responsibilities
When using PageDrop, you agree to the following:
- You will only upload content that you own or have the legal right to distribute
- You will not use the service to circumvent security measures of other services or systems
- You will not use automated tools to create excessive numbers of sites for abuse purposes
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences arising from its publication
- You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
6. Service Availability & Modifications
PageDrop is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to impose usage limits, rate limits, or storage restrictions as needed to maintain service quality.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PageDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that hosted content will remain available for any specific duration.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftVoyagers and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PageDrop, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation.
9. Content Takedown & DMCA
If you believe content hosted on PageDrop infringes your copyright, please send a takedown request to the contact information below. Include the URL of the infringing content, a description of the copyrighted work, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid requests promptly.
